Responsibilities and Duties
- Strengthening the awareness and position of the brand on the market.
- Build anticipation for product launches to increase user acquisition.
- Develop a product marketing strategy that will help attract and retain customers in a competitive market.
- Analyzing the market, monitoring trends and activities of competitors.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and supporting activities.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, Social media, lead generation campaigns, copy-writing and performance analysis
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and agencies
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Selecting, training, coordinating, motivating, managing and evaluating marketing team
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing
- +6 years as a Marketing Manager
- Experience with Fin-tech and E-commerce environment is a MUST
- English Fluency is a MUST
- Demonstrated experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge with KSA & UAE markets
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
